🔹 1. Purchase Options

We offer several secure and flexible purchase methods:

A) One-Time Purchases

Includes:

  • Physical products (electronics, jewelry, apparel, accessories, etc.)

  • Digital course modules & bundles

  • Educational tools

  • Instant downloads

All one-time purchases are charged upfront at checkout and processed immediately.


B) Subscription or Recurring Purchases

Some products, courses, or SMS-based learning plans may offer recurring billing options.
When you select a subscription:

  • Your payment method is securely stored

  • Each renewal will process automatically

  • You will receive an email notice for upcoming renewals

You may update payment details or cancel future renewals anytime (see Section 2).


C) Pre-Order & Back-Order Purchases

For trending products or newly released items, we may offer pre-order or back-order options.

By placing a pre-order:

  • You reserve the product in advance

  • Your payment secures your spot in the queue

  • Estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout

You may cancel a pre-order prior to shipment (see Section 3).


🔹 2. Cancellation of Orders

A) Physical Products

You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order as long as it has not shipped yet.

After shipment, cancellations are no longer possible. You may request a return or replacement when eligible.


B) Digital Courses, Downloads & SMS Modules

Because digital products are delivered instantly:

  • Cancellations are not available once the content is accessed

  • Accessing, downloading, or viewing any module counts as “delivery”

  • If you purchased the wrong course or made an accidental purchase, contact support within 24 hours for assistance

We always do our best to resolve issues quickly.


C) Subscriptions & Recurring Plans

You may cancel future renewals at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period:

  • Cancel before the renewal date

  • You will retain access until the end of the paid period

  • No refunds are issued for partially used subscription cycles


D) Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

You may cancel at any time before the item ships.

Once the product enters the shipping process, cancellations are no longer available.

If an order was placed in error (incorrect size, wrong address, duplicate purchase), reach out immediately so we can attempt to correct it before processing or shipment.

We encourage customers to contact us before opening a chargeback with their bank.
Our support team resolves issues quickly and transparently.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
